GuocoLand’s Martin Modern cliches Silver at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award
It was granted Top Development, Residential (Completed) at the 6th EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2022; High-end Residential Property Development of the Year, Singapore, at the Real Estate Asia Honors 2021; and Best Residential Development Singapore at the International Property Grants 2020.
Martin Modern was developed by ipli Architects and ADDP Architects. The project’s style was attributed for its abundant botanical garden surroundings, complemented by a rugged aesthetic motivated by the adjoining shore oasis. At Martin Modern, 80% of the land is dedicated to landscape design and amenities, and GuocoLand’s different signature layout features, such as a grand yard and plentiful spaces for recreation and entertainment, are showcased.
“Martin Modern is a very special project to GuocoLand, as it noted the start of a brand-new phase in our design journey whereby we redefine modern luxury for today’s buyers,” says Dora Chng, residential director at GuocoLand.
Martin Modern, a luxury residence by mainboard-listed property developer GuocoLand, was named World Silver Winner in the Residential (High Rise) Classification at this year’s FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award.
It is GuocoLand’s 5th award at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award. It formerly earned awards for Guoco Tower in 2022, 2021, and 2020 and Leedon Residence in 2018.
The International Real Estate Federation, knowing the importance of architectural brilliance, durability, community engagement, and honest business practices, has awarded GuocoLand for its commitment to these values in the property development of Martin Modern.
The plan has already declared a number of other major property and design honors.
The venture even won 4 major awards at the 2nd EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Citation in 2018 in the uncompleted properties classification, consisting of Top Development Excellence, Design Excellence, Landscape Excellence and Innovation Excellence.
