Surbana Jurong opens new global headquarters in Jurong Innovation District
The 10 towers are interconnected by a pedestrian path and closed yards, allowing natural sunlight and fresh air to circulate through. The property development features amenities like a 1,000-seater multipurpose location, a junior ballroom, roof balconies, a group lobby, table tennis, and a coming fitness center facility.
The property development has been granted the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Eco-friendly Mark Platinum Super Low Energy and BCA-Health Promotion Board Green Mark Platinum for Healthier Workplaces for its campaigns in sustainability and advertising healthier way of lives. This involves supplying end-of-trip establishments, including onsite bicycle shelfs and showers.
Surbana Jurong revealed its brand-new global headquarters, the Surbana Jurong Campus, in CleanTech Park in just the Jurong Innovation District. The establishment was formally launched on March 13, with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong in participation.
The campus was made by Surbana Jurong’s architects in collaboration with Safdie Architects to mirror the principle of a “campus in nature.” Formerly an underdeveloped greenfield site, the campus has actually been developed to preserve majority of its remaining environment-friendly area. Built-up green places were switched out with roof gardens, lush indoor gardens, and extensive exterior gardens.
